Fuzzy Lights' new single 'Slowing Time' is taken from their acclaimed 2010 album 'Twin Feathers' (Mojo Underground Album of the Month). Much of the praise for 'Twin Feathers' centred on the band's ability to draw together elements of US noise-rock, 1960s British folk and psyche-rock into a stunningly coherent whole. ‘Slowing Time' sits at the pastoral end of that spectrum, a melodica weaving around twinkling glockenspiels, skittering drum patterns accenting cleanly-picked electric guitar lines.
